The fruit for this wine was sourced from some of the Yarra Valley's premium pinot noir sites. The wine exhibits fresh strawberry, cherry and plum notes, flavours which carry through to the palate. A well balanced, elegant wine showing ripe flavours and fine tannins. So like its namesake! This wine will reward cellaring for up to eight years.
