Domaine Chandon was established by French champagne house Moët & Chandon in 1986 and is dedicated to the production of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine and premium quality, cool-climate still wines.

THE WINERY
The Chandon Greenpoint Brasserie offers a contemporary-provincial design, and is the Yarra Valley’s leading food and wine destination.

Our focus is on fresh, seasonal produce prepared with simplicity and served in an atmosphere of sophistication with panoramic vineyard views. Indulge in epicurean delights including seafood, exquisite meats and cheeses, and charcuterie style platters. Or try our main meals crafted using the finest produce, and served with wine recommendations by friendly staff.

The Chandon Greenpoint Brasserie dining experience demonstrates the wonderful rewards of good food and wine matching in a relaxed, memorable setting.


CHANDON TASTING BAR
Our expert staff pour ‘splash’ tastes of a selection of our sparkling and still wines, introducing the elements that make each one unique. A small tasting fee applies and is refundable on the purchase of any of the range of 20 wines available for sale. The retail area features many cellar door special release wines along with gourmet produce and Chandon merchandise. Group size at the Tasting Bar is limited to a maximum of ten people.

For groups of ten or more we offer a range of preset tastings, these should be booked in advance.


GREENPOINT BRASSERIE
The Greenpoint Brasserie offers a seasonal menu of platters, small tapas style dishes and main meals crafted using the finest produce and served with wine recommendations by our friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available with 270 degree views of the Yarra Valley.

Chandon’s Greenpoint Brasserie is open Monday and Friday (12pm to 4pm) and Saturday and Sunday (11am to 4pm). Closed Tuesday - Thursday. Bookings are required for indoor seating, please note that we cannot take bookings for our outdoor seating.

A light menu is available Tuesday - Thursday in the Winter Lounge.


TOURS & EXPERIENCES
Learn all about the winemaking process in an entertaining and informative way on a tour that reinforces Domaine Chandon's position as a world-class wine tourism destination.

The tour route offers unrivalled exposure to a world-class winery at work, with impressive graphic displays and engaging panoramic story panels, which reflect the company's diversity in wine production and give detailed process and production information.

Featuring photography of Domaine Chandon's Yarra Valley property and its Strathbogie vineyard, the tour also outlines Domaine Chandon's impressive history. Visitors are able to self-guide around the Domaine Chandon tour route daily from 10.30am - 4.30pm.


SUNDAY SCHOOL
Domaine Chandon offers a two-hour "wine discovery" class designed to give both beginners and wine enthusiasts the chance to experience the wine behind the wines.

With a maximum of twelve people in each class, Sunday School is held at the Historic Homestead at Domaine Chandon and gives guests an intimate opportunity to celebrate premium wines.

Guests learn how to taste wine properly and explore how chardonnay and pinot noir work to influence the taste of sparkling and still wines. They take a behind-the-scenes tour to see how sparkling wine is made, from the vine to the bottle, and taste wines in progress.

Sunday: 11am to 1pm

Cost: $75 per person
